In the American Physical Society (APS) Newsletter Physics and Society for January 2020, I have this article p18-24:

The calculations and graphics in the article have been done in Mathematica. There is no reason now to extend on these, or provide notebooks, since I should include them more systematically in a book on multi-seat elections later this year. I can say that working in the environment of Mathematica has been very fruitful for this type of problem. See also the earlier book on single seat elections:
