What's wrong with my TextRecognize, FindFaces, FacialFeatures, Classify?

About TextRecognize

About FindFaces,FacialFeatures,Classify

When I use function TextRecognize, It is warning me:

General::interr: no recognition happened.

When I use FindFaces, It is warning me:

FindFaces::wlnetcorr2: A required WLNet file is corrupted and could not be loaded.

So do FacialFeatures and Classify

How to fix it?
