How do you see presentation tools?

I'm really new to Wolfram and I have to create a presentation. I know that there are presentation tools on here, but I just can't find them. Somewhere else it says I have to click on file, new, presenter notebook but can't see it. Can anyone please help?

Are you using Wolfram Cloud? Don't think you can create a presentation notebook in the cloud. You can from desktop Mathematica. You can publish to the cloud after creating.
