How can I fix the problem?
Yes it takes longer time at n=15, and using ParallelTable instead of Table (which should speed up the calculations) resulted in numerical error of dividing over zero (or very small number). So the program needs to be reformulated to be faster and the calculations needs to be traced to know exactly why there is a division over zero.

The notebook is evaluating with no error on my machine. Make sure you are running a recent version of Wolfram Language, and try again.
Hi Ahmed, Ok thank you, maybe because I have old version that's why and I just want to ask u if for n=15, it's evaluating also ?! Because for me take 5 h until now and no result :( !
