How accurate & easy to paste an equation in LaTex into a Notebook cell?

So please share your tips/tricks on best way to get an equation/formula in LaTex format into Mathematica? I am not interested in reading in a Latex fragment as a file if I can do do it as a paste or drag/drop. Yes I have read the blessed docs, but nothing on how to best paste LaTex code.

Hello Andrew Meit,

I like to just copy and paste LaTeX formulas into Wolfram Language's free-form input. I find that it works well in many cases, but it's good to double-check. enter image description here
