It might be really useful if WolframAlpha could recognize
Outer[ AnyWolframAlphaQueryThatNeedsTwoInputs, {list1}, {list2}]
to mean it should perform that query on all pairs.
It does recognize a variety of other Mathematica notation, but I was unable to find a notation that would use Outer on a query.
