Issue with the TradingChart and InteractiveTradingChart functions

Please see my question in the form of a Notebook. It seems that at least sometimes, TradingChart and InteractiveTradingChart do not display the candlesticks correctly!

For bar #5 the low is between the open and close so it is obscured by the open/close candle?

TradingChart[data, Appearance -> "OHLC"]
