Fits with differential equation

Posted 11 years ago
Dear all,

I'm using mathemtica to solve differential equations and I would like to use it for fitting experimentale data.

For now my program is built as it :
- initializing variables
- differential equation and initial condition wrote using eq{}
- solving with NDSolve[]
- plot and export calculation results

I found differents ways to fit experimental data with simple function but nothing with differential equations, do you have some tips ?

Thanks for all suggestions,

One possibility is to use difference equations to approximate the differential equations. The problem then reduces to algebra: a set of simultaneous linear equations.
