What function produces a binomial Probability Mass Function?

Posted 2 years ago

I'm doing some research on finding ways to select an optimal value for confidence in probability problems. It seems likely to me that Mathematica has built-in processes for Probability Density and Bernoulli processes, but I didn't find them in the help system with the words I tried.

Can someone point me to the right functions please?

Thank you for providing the answer to the question I asked.

Thus far, I've demonstrated the full range of values for confidence is sub-optimal, and can be narrowed down to less than half that range.

The function you want is PDF[BinomialDistribution[n,p],x].

But please don't use the terms "optimal value of confidence" or "probability confidence" as there ain't such terms.
