Errors calling ResourceData MNIST?

Hi, I am trying to follow the "tutorial/NeuralNetworksIntroduction#621730217" Introduction to Neural Nets and as I execute the first two lines, I get an error.
I have a Direct connection to the Internet.
I am using 12.1.1.0 Home Edition.
What is wrong here?

You may have a bad cache of the data on your computer. Try clearing the local cache with: DeleteObject[ResourceObject["MNIST"]] before trying again.
