It's well known that the built-in commands/functions can be completed automatically when the user types a part of them. This is true for notebook and Wolfram Workbench. As shown below: 
But for the user customized command/function in 3rd package, Wolfram Workbench doesn't show the autocomplete candidates, as shown in the following screenshot:
Any hints for this problem will be highly appreciated.
