I'm a newbie running Home Edition 13.0.1.0 on Mac OSX 13.0.1.0
I get no "Suggestion Bar" even though it is activated in Preferences.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Also, it appears that IF you close a notebook, when reopening it you need to select "Evaluate Notebook" using this option under the "Evaluation" tab on the Mathematica Menu.

Suggestion bar is not related to Evaluate Notebook selection. Evaluate Notebook selection evaluate all the input cells in the notebook.
