FindPeaks behaves very peculiarly in Mathematica 12.1. I use it on a list of non-negative real numbers, and when I pad the beginning with 12 or more zeros, it produces erroneous results. See attached notebook, in which FindPeaks produces the correct result in the first two cases but not in the following two. The last case is also correct.
Is this a known problem? Is there a fix?
