I was using NDsolve to solve an ODE with integral valuable t. How can I print the time step or time point which it chooses to implement the ExplicitRK?

You might want to use StepMonitor, an option to NDSolve
You can go further: read the help guide/DifferentialEquations and find at the end
EquationTrekker Package
Numerical Differential Equation Analysis Package
