How to make a selected expression like a variable name all uppercase?

I am wondering if there is a way to turn a selected expression like a variable name into all uppercase letters, perhaps with a keyboard shortcut or a menu item selection in Mathematica maybe in the Edit menu? I looked in Edit and there was Font Face and Font Size and other settings but not a simple way to make all the letters uppercase.
I know I can use Capitalize and ToUppercase but I was hoping for a GUI approach instead of a programmatic approach.
