I know for certain that the Wolfram Language has some geospatial capabilities, but mostly between points of interest:
Tell me the closest ten volcanoes to my current geographical location
and
What are the closest historical monuments?
and
"What are the closest municipalities"
but it doesn't appear to be able to do a query of point-to-area such as
"show me the three closest Canadian federal ridings to my geographical location"
or
"what canadian federal riding am I in right now"
