All Notebooks and Templates I have seen have all cells spanning the entire width of the Notebook. Can more than one cell with different properties occupy the horizontal extent of the Notebook. An example layout is shown in the following image of 2 Input Cells and a Text Cell.
Is there a way to layout / group cells in a horizontal manner similar to vertically?
