How to find the likelihood of estimated parameter

Posted 11 years ago

hi, I am working on a model. After I have fitted my model to the data. I am stuck at how to find the errors in the estimated parameter. I was able to find the standard error. But I was not able to find the likelihood or maximum likelihood of my estimated parameters parameter? I have estimated four parameters (Vmax,Km,Pdiff, fuc) in the mathemtatica notebook which I have attached. I want to find out the likelihood of my parameters. Can someone help me in find that?

Thanks

Thanks, Jaydeep

Since they come from a continuum of possible values, wouldn't these probabilities all be zero?
