I recently purchased a PDF version of The Mathematica Programmer book by R. Maeder. It has a nice selection of topics I'm interested about, but it also quite old, so I was ready that something will not work or will be missing. Still I hope to find the code that accompany the book, I found no traces of it on the internet, so I'm asking whether someone here has it.
