Introduction to Physics Interactive Course

Posted 9 months ago

I have been teaching physics for a number of years and would love to see an interactive course for introductory physics. There are relatively few textbook resources available that emphasize coding along with intro physics. The one I use now is Matter and Interactions by Chabay and Sherwood 4e, but the computational environment is Python. I have essentially translated many of the computational problems for execution in the Wolfram Cloud. Does anyone know if there is a plan to build an Intro Physics Interactive Course on Wolfram U? If not, do you think it would be worth doing and how could I get involved? Is it possible to get a copy of the interactive course template and develop locally for a class?
