Error while submitting a paclet after adding a function

Using the Packet Resource Definition Notebook I'm attempting to my entry in the paclet repository having added another function to the .wl file. The 'check', 'build' and 'deploy' processes don't return any errors or warnings.

When I run 'Submit to Repository', the process runs for a bit, but then returns the error:

Resourcesubmit::apierr: The content of the request contains...temClient`Private`validateShortName}

The changes don't appear in the repository.

To add clarification: The Resourcesubmit line is an exact copy of the error message as it appears; the message was contracted by the system. Perhaps if the error message was rendered fully it might help me identify the problem, but as it is, the error message has not been helpful,

I have made many edits of the MatrixDecomposition.wl file since submitting this request for help, to no avail. The error message seems to suggest a problem with Private keyword, which appears only in the Begin[] command in the MatrixDecomposition.wl file.
