I wrote a few papers on Kalman Filtering as a functional fold in the Wolfram Language. I am unsure whether, where, or how to submit them to the community for further consideration or publication. I'd be grateful for advice.

The work in these papers is original and novel. The unique utility of these methods is testability, composability, and reliability. The filters are compared against published results for performance.
