What is the vertical scale in the Dorf and Bishop plot? Maybe the ISE and the IAE are quantities of different kind, and then it does not make much sense to plot them on the same scale. Dorf and Bishop may have rescaled one of them just to compare the minimum points. Just a wild guess.
