Cannot create an App ID in Wolfram Alpha

I am taking a tutorial that uses Wolframalpha's API. I created an account, and after creating the account, I went to the New App ID page, filled out the name and description and then selected the Simple API.

Nothing happens. Any clue to what I am doing wrong?

I'm also having this problem when applying the LLM API, the error I can see through Chrome's developer tools is: inspector.js:7 POST https://developer.wolframalpha.com/n/v1/api/devportal/apps 500 (Internal Server Error) This error has been going on for a couple of months now, not sure why it hasn't been fixed or if more people haven't raised the issue?
