How to couple equations for temperature field over different domains (e.g. wall and atmosphere)

Posted 11 days ago

Hello All,

Consider the next problem, calculation of temperature field in two different domains. For example, a wall where heat transfers over diffusion prevails and atmosphere which also has temperature field which is controlled mostly by advection. So, we have one field and two domains which are sharing boundary. How to formulate such problem in Mathematica in the most native way? I have looked at these Multiphysics examples but those are solving several coupled fields on same domain, so far: https://reference.wolfram.com/language/PDEModels/tutorial/Multiphysics/ModelCollection/ThermalDecomposition.html
