I am experimenting with using Git for package/paclet development and encountered problems with Needs["WolframGitLink"] in Wolfram 14.1 on macOS. Multiple iterations similar to:
LibraryFunction::libload: The function GitLibraryInformation was not loaded from the file /Users/dwarren/Library/Wolfram/Paclets/Repository/Wolfram__GitLink-1.1.0/LibraryResources/MacOSX-x86-64/gitLink.dylib.
This works in Mathematica 13.1 on the same machine.
