Though I am guessing that the underlying technology may not make this easy to do, it would potentially be valuable to Community users for there to be an option to save a discussion thread as a Mathematica notebook. Sometimes the specific threads (e.g. today's response from Marco Thiel in this thread, http://community.wolfram.com/groups/-/m/t/324702) are sufficiently useful that one would like to save it as an executable notebook for future reference.
