Mathematica 9.0.1 "awaiting activation" and not showing a download button.

I have received an activation key to install Mathematica 9 on my Mac (10.7.5). When I click "Get Downloads," only the Mathematica 10 downloads are available while the status for 9 just says "awaiting activation." When I try to click "Previous Versions" on the lower table, it gives an error page saying something went wrong. Please help!
