I have recently got Mathematica on my mac updated to version 10. When running one of my v9 notebooks, Mathematica v10 seems to return a wrong result for

resp1=Simplify@OutputResponse[TransferFunctionModel[(s^2+s+8)/(s (s+2)^2),s],DiracDelta[t],t]

resp1 is zero for all values of t.

If I do the same on version 9, the result is not zero (and matches the inverse Laplace transform of the transfer function).

Am I missing something?
