DEigensystem is not evaluating

Hi all,
I am trying to use DEigensystem to find the modes of various PDEs, but no matter what it does not evaluate.
I've copy pasted the very simple example code as a starting point, but even that is not working. See the attached screenshot. Thanks!
(I am using V. 14.1.0, I am on a student license if that matters)

In DirichletCondition the u(x) function is black and must have been defined earlier and that's why you have errors.Start Mathematica with a clear Kernel.
