(I am running 14.2 on Apple M1 laptop.)

First I insert a new Canvas using Graphics->New Canvas from the menu bar.

After inserting Text using the Draw Text Box tool, I cannot come back and change its color, font, size or other features.

I have tried a few methods:

1. Using the Format Selection tool (the first tool on the left), selecting the text box by dragging a rectangular selection around it, which brings up text formatting interface, and making the desired changes.
2. Double clicking on the text box in the Canvas, which brings up the Draw Text Box tool, and then making the desired changes.

In both cases, the interface shows up and allows me to select changes in the text attributes, but they don't change the text in the Canvas.

I can change other drawing objects like circles for example.
