Dear members of the group Could some one explain why the following line produces two surfaces in the same Plot in Mathematica, but the same line always produces two separated plot in Wolfram|Alpha?
Plot3D[{Sin[x y], Cos[x y]}, {x, -\[Pi], \[Pi]}, {y, -\[Pi], \[Pi]}]
