I'm pretty sure that's not possible right now, since the Wolfram|Alpha API doesn't support user authentication. The W|A user system is really just to manage history online and Pro subscriptions. If the mobile app supports user login, (I can't remember) you might have some luck digging through the code, but I doubt it.
