Does this tell me if my subscription is active and working OR if the service is down for all Wolfram users?
Seems like users should be able to check to status of a service without logging in. For example,
https://www.apple.com/support/systemstatus/
In the first case, I would look for the problem on my end. In the second, I would wait for Wolfram to fix the service without spending my time on it.
