Printed notebooks have strange color style. This is a new problem, possibly caused by my unwitting or accidental change to an option. Or it may be related to similar post (https://community.wolfram.com/groups/-/m/t/3560397) that may be a known issue.

I need ideas for troubleshooting if I've changed a setting or workaround ideas if this is a known issue. Experimentation with styles and options has not identified the cause. It appears to be a style issue since colors are changed throughout printed notebooks. This is a recent development. Problem is across platforms and printers (including Microsoft print to PDF) and is unique to Mathematica among my applications.
