Scale & offset Spectrogram axes

I'm using the Spectrogram plots to graph ShortTimeFourierData objects. How does one scale and offset spectrogram axes in Mathematica? I tried using ArrayPlot to graph a SpectrogramArray as an alternative as ArrayPlot it is supposed to be more customizable than a Spectrogram plot but all I get with that is a blank output.

It would be helpful to be more specific and concrete. Provide some actual code that shows what you have, and maybe with that you can explain what you want.
