Here are some more recent visuals from my continued development.
The point is that the Calabi-Yau manifold allegedly fills space-time, but not on a rectangular grid. However, the visualization of the Calabi-Yau manifold with which we are most familiar has 5-fold symmetry. Therefore, Calabi-Yau manifold does 5-4 tile the Poincare hyperbolic disc.
