Why doesn't wolfram recognize my subscription to wolfram pro?

I was billed by wolfram for a pro subscription which the following verifies: "Your payment of $52.77 USD was processed on 08/21/2014." Yet wolfram says that my subscription ended. I was paying monthly and when I quit paying monthly it thinks I my subscription has lapsed. So I don't know why wolfram charged me? If pro offers something special I want it, but so far I don't think I have seen it. Please help me get recognized as a paying subscriber or refund my money. Thanks
