Using Notebook Assistant: an unexpected error occurred

Hello everyone,
I am trying to use Wolfram g to use the Assistant. When I enter a query for example " Top 10 countries with the most engineers" The I get the subject error. Reporting the issue fails as well, saying something went wrong.

What is causing this error? How do I get this tool to work correctly?
