Circumference of Apollonius tangent to exinscribed circumferences

In this notebook we will obtain the circle of Apollonius which is tangent to each of the circumferences exinscribed in the base triangle. We will use the point of Apollonius X181. In the point of Apollonius in which are concurrents the lines that go from each vertex of the triangle and that pass through each point of tangency of the circles exinscribed with the circle of Apollonius.
