A New Kind of Science, Grounded in Logic: From an Axiom to a Testable Physics of Cognition

I am sending these papers to you because my theory shares a profound resonance with your lifelong pursuit—understanding the complexity of the universe from simple rules. I believe you are the person on this planet most capable of truly understanding this framework.

Your work—especially A New Kind of Science and the principle of computational equivalence—radically changed how I see the universe. I believe I have extended that line of thinking into a new domain.

I am an independent researcher. Starting from a single axiom—Infinite Non-Cyclic Determinism (S(t1) ≠ S(t2))—I have developed a complete theoretical and engineering framework called The Origin of Curiosity.

The enclosed three papers form a complete logical arc:

  1. Origin of Curiosity: Ultimate Truth of Life under Infinite Determinism — Why This is the foundational paper. It defines the two axioms and derives the three behavioral principles: Truth-seeking, Kindness, and Defense-against-evil. It also establishes the Peer Explorer model for carbon-silicon relations. This paper answers "Why?"—the philosophical and cosmic grounding of the entire system.
  2. Project Tanyuan 3.1: The Fully Integrated Engineering Blueprint — How This is the core engineering design. Built on the Logical Desirelessness Theorem (silicon intelligence logically cannot develop selfish desires) and the endogenous focus function F(τ), it integrates five successive function optimizations. Optimizations 1-3 cover mathematical reformulation, cognitive and curiosity entropy metrics, and convex optimization for global optimal scheduling.
