Hello.I need to execute some matlab files on mathematica Online version...please assist me

Indeed, and it requires MATLAB installed.

I'm afraid this isn't possible in the Wolfram Programming Cloud/Mathematica Online, since Mathematica and MATLAB are two incompatible systems.
