Hello, I want to know how someone can upload an excel file into Wolfra|Alpha using Mathematica (via notebook) .
Wolfram|Alpha Pro is really a feature of the website and the app. You can't upload a excel file into WolframAlpha from Mathematica. You have to go through the website.
In Mathematica, you would Import the data and then work with it.
