Hypergeometric series of the form 3F2

Dear All, How can I represent a hypergeometric series of the form 3F2, and how can I get simplified form of two multiplied forms using wolfram.

Thank you for your reply, I need to simplify this equation ((HypergeometricPFQ[{-j, -x, 2n}, {1,N}, 1] * 2F1(-j,-x;N;1/z))^2 but it gives me only the hypergeometric form, is there any solution
