Fitting data using Findfit only works for some of the data?

HI there! So, I'm trying to fit J-V curves using a model and have been having only some luck. FindFit seems to work fine from temperatures 350 K - 290 K or so and then from there stops providing any help whatsoever. I've attached the mathematica file and some data to fit with. If anyone out there can help out with this, it would be appreciated. notebook and data set to fit with
