Printing on my Linux box is rather screwed up. Attaching a screenshot from interface and PDF. I checked fonts - and X system seems to know about Mathematica fonts. Anywhere else I should look?
Did you 'print' the page to a PDF printer, or saved the notebook as PDF? And did you try the other method?
Looks like a bug obviously, please report along with your version of Mathematica and OS details.
