I am trying to install and get Mathematica 5.2 up and operational on the latest version of Fedora. I can get it to install but I can't get the front end to work.
Problems that I am having.
1). The font and front end are not readable.
2). The front end is not communicating with the kernel.
Any suggestions
Update:
It seems to be communicating with the kernel. Some of the keys are not working. Backspace and Shift +Enter (evaluate cell) do work. I have put a screen shot up of the load screen.
