User Portlet

Hello Community Members, I an seeking a Quotation, Lump-sum or Rates, from anyone able to complete the presentation of a technical paper. At age 82 I am runnng out of time to properly present my finished research content of 4 or 5 pp Text and 2pp Graphics. An earlier version was completed in Mathematica v 13.0 last April but I am encountering too much delay in dealing with problems updating the text to v 13.1. The above-attached document 2.1.nb of 13 pp has 6 or 7 unnecessariiy blank pages, I have raised cases with the Technical Support Team but as a relative newcomer to Mathematica it is taking me too much time working through the textual code changes necessary for the v13.1 update. My professional work was as an electrical engineer but in retirement I was determined to understand the role of our ocean as an enormous energy store so the content of the paper may also be of interest.
