Borut Jurčič Zlobec is a Slovenian mathematician and independent researcher with a distinguished academic background and expertise in both pure and applied mathematics. He holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of Ljubljana, where he also earned a diploma in Mathematics, along with a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering. His research spans functional analysis, differential equations, and computational modeling, with a particular focus on the spectral theory of positive operators and numerical solutions of elliptic equations.
