Professional experience: I've done work in many fields throughout my life. Some of my jobs have been porter, telephone sales, sailor, just to name a few. These days I tutor chemistry and do research into any of the sciences, from psychology to biology, from geology to physics. Any time we come across a problem or issue, we strive to find solutions that are more than just quick fixes. All of our employees participate in every step of the research process. I try to ensure that everyone we hire is capable of thinking outside the box to solve these dilemmas. I do most of the training into helping those who have the potential to become researchers of our magnitude and bring them into the fold of being able to find unique solutions. Most of our equipment is also very unique since many of the situations we are working on have no such equipment. So we could also be considered inventors as well. I love it when we create something that doesn't exist and are able to study things, if not for the first time, then from a new angle. This gives us the capability and potential to do something that no one else has or possibly even can. I think hobbies was one of the suggested parts for the bio. Most of my time is taken up by my research so some could say I don't have enough time for hobbies. However, my hobbies are researching and coming up with solutions. This is why I started this business. Some see this as just a job. I see it as the doors are open wide to a new adventure day-in and day-out. Rarely are days the same twice in a row.
